USE CASE

Google Ads automation you approve, one change at a time.

Connect your Google Ads account, tell the agent what you want, and it reads the account, drafts the change, and waits for your yes. You keep the login, the budget, and the final say.

What Google Ads automation means in Mavek

Mavek's Google Ads automation is an AI agent that connects to your Google Ads account, reads performance and settings, and proposes changes: negative keywords, budget and bid adjustments, new Search campaigns, ad rewrites. Every write is validated against the Google Ads API and applied only after you confirm it in chat.

It is software you use, not a service you hand the account to. The account stays yours, the spend stays under your control, and the agent's job is to turn "why did CPA double last week?" into a diagnosis and a concrete plan in minutes rather than an afternoon in the interface. Prefer it done for you? The Google Ads service is the same platform with a team running it.

Capabilities

What the agent can do on your account

Each item maps to a tool that is live in the product. Nothing here is a roadmap entry.

Performance diagnosis

Ask why a campaign is expensive and the agent pulls performance at campaign, ad group, keyword, ad, search term, or landing page level for any date range, sorted by cost.

Wasted spend and negatives

Search term reports surface the queries that spend without converting. The agent proposes negative keywords at campaign or ad group scope, or a shared negative list across campaigns.

Google's own recommendations

It reads the open recommendations on your account, explains which ones are worth taking, and can apply or dismiss each one on your say-so.

Build a Search campaign

From a plain-language brief: keyword ideas, geo targets, conversion actions, ad groups, responsive search ads, negatives, and extensions, validated against the API and pushed as one campaign, paused.

Optimize what is running

Budgets, bidding strategy, device and ad schedule bid modifiers, geo targets, keyword match types, new keywords, replacement RSAs, final URLs, sitelinks and callouts. Each change is proposed first.

Change history

Pull the last 30 days of changes on the account, whoever made them, so a sudden CPA jump can be traced to the edit that caused it.

How It Works

From connected account to approved change in three steps

01

Connect Google Ads

OAuth from the Integrations page. Pick a single account or a manager account. Connect GA4 too and the agent can check Google's conversion counts against an independent source.

02

Ask a question or give a brief

"Which search terms wasted the most last month?" "Draft a Search campaign for our UAE launch with a $60 daily budget." The agent reads the account and comes back with numbers and a plan, not a guess.

03

Review, then approve

The plan is validated against the Google Ads API first. You see the exact operations. Say yes and they are applied in one atomic call; say no and nothing changes. New campaigns arrive paused.

Approval Gates

Three gates between the agent and your budget

Read first, always

Before proposing an optimization, the agent fetches the campaign's current settings snapshot and its performance. Plans are built from what the account actually looks like, not from memory.

Validate before apply

New campaigns and batched change plans are validated against the Google Ads API without being applied. You see the errors before anything is written.

Nothing writes without your yes

Every write tool requires an explicit confirmation from you in the chat. If the agent has not asked and you have not agreed, the change is refused at the tool level, not just by convention.

Division of Labor

What the agent does, and what you still decide

The agent handles

  • Pulling performance at any level and any date range
  • Finding search terms that spend without converting
  • Drafting negatives, bid modifiers, and budget changes
  • Building a full Search campaign from a brief
  • Writing replacement responsive search ads
  • Validating every plan before it is applied

You decide

  • The budget ceiling and how fast to spend it
  • Which conversion action counts as a result
  • The offer, the landing page, and the claims in the ad
  • Whether each proposed change goes live
  • When to unpause a new campaign
  • When to stop and ask a human marketer instead
Limits

What this does not do

No unattended bidding loops

The agent acts when you ask it to. It does not run scheduled bid rules or change budgets overnight while you sleep. Continuous management is the service, not the tool.

Search campaigns only, for building

Campaign creation covers Search. Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube can be read, paused, and re-budgeted, but the agent does not assemble them from scratch.

No conversion tracking setup

It checks which conversion actions exist before proposing conversion-based bidding, but it does not create tags or conversion actions for you. That stays in Google Ads and your site.

For the reporting side, connect GA4 and Search Console and use marketing analytics in chat to compare paid and organic in one place. Plans from $125 per month on the pricing page.

FAQ

Google Ads automation, answered

What is Google Ads automation software?

Google Ads automation software is a tool that reads your account data, proposes or makes changes to campaigns, bids, keywords, and budgets, and cuts the manual work of managing the account. Mavek does this through an AI agent you talk to: it reads performance, drafts the change, and applies it only after you approve.

Does Mavek make changes to my Google Ads account automatically?

No change is written without your explicit approval in chat. The agent proposes a plan, validates it against the Google Ads API, shows you what it would do, and applies it only after you confirm. New campaigns are created in a paused state so you can review them in Google Ads before spending a cent.

What kind of campaigns can the agent build?

Search campaigns. From a brief it generates keyword ideas, resolves geo targets, checks which conversion actions exist, and assembles ad groups, responsive search ads, negatives, and extensions into one campaign. Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns are not built by the agent today, though it can read their performance and adjust budgets and status.

Does the agent run bidding rules in the background?

No. It works when you ask it to, in chat, and every write is gated behind your confirmation. It does not run unattended bidding loops or scheduled bid changes. If you want continuous management by a team, that is the done-for-you Google Ads service rather than this self-serve tool.

How do I connect Google Ads to Mavek?

Through Google OAuth from the Integrations page. Pick the account, or the manager account if you run several, and the agent can read it immediately. Connect GA4 as well and the agent can check the ad platform's conversion numbers against an independent source.

Run your Google Ads with an agent that asks first.

Connect the account, ask the question, approve the change. Your budget, your call.
