Recommend Mavek. Get paid for every sale that sticks.

These terms govern participation in the Mavek Affiliate Program. By promoting Mavek with an affiliate code or link, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy; where those conflict with these terms on an affiliate matter, these terms control.

1. Definitions

• "Mavek," "we," "us," "our" refers to the entity operating the Mavek platform at mavek.ai.
• "Affiliate," "you," "your" refers to an individual or entity approved to participate in the program.
• "Referred Customer" means a new Mavek customer whose purchase is attributed to you under section 3.
• "Net Sale Value" means the amount Mavek actually collects on a Referred Customer's first paid invoice, after any discount or coupon is applied, excluding GST, VAT, sales tax and other applicable taxes. Payment gateway charges are not deducted.
• "Qualifying Period" means the seven continuous days following a Referred Customer's first cleared payment.
• "Commission" means the amount payable to you under section 5.
• "Payout Cycle" means the monthly schedule described in section 6.

2. Eligibility and approval

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
• Participation is by approval only. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion and are not obliged to give a reason.
• Approval is personal to you or your entity. Codes and links may not be sold, shared, sub-licensed or transferred.
• You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or reseller relationship.
• You have no authority to bind Mavek, quote custom pricing, agree service levels, promise features or delivery dates, sign anything on our behalf, or hold yourself out as speaking for Mavek.

3. How referrals are tracked and attributed

• On approval you receive a personal discount code and a tracked link. Either may be used to attribute a sale.
• Attribution is last click within 30 days. If a visitor arrives through your link and purchases within 30 days of that click, the sale is attributed to you.
• If a referred visitor starts the free trial inside that 30-day window, attribution is preserved through the end of that trial and their first paid invoice.
• Where a discount code and a tracked link point to different affiliates, the discount code takes precedence.
• Mavek's own records and analytics are the system of record for attribution. Where our records and yours differ, ours apply.
• Any dispute about attribution or a commission statement must be raised in writing within 30 days of that statement. After 30 days the statement is final.

4. What counts as a net sale

Commission is earned only on a net sale. A net sale requires all four of the following:

• New customer. The email address or organisation has never held a paid Mavek subscription.
• Attributed to you under section 3.
• Payment cleared. The first paid invoice is successfully charged and settled.
• Survives the Qualifying Period. The account remains active for seven continuous days from that payment, with no refund, chargeback, payment reversal, cancellation with refund, or fraud flag in that period.

The following never earn commission: free trial signups, free accounts, reactivations or repeat purchases by accounts that have previously held a paid subscription, self-referrals, and referrals of your own, your employer's, or a related entity's accounts.

5. Commission rate

• Commission is 20% of the Net Sale Value, paid once per Referred Customer on their first payment.
• Commission is not recurring. Renewals, subsequent monthly payments, plan upgrades, credit top-ups and add-on purchases do not earn further commission.
• No commission is payable on the paid strategy call or audit booking, or on any product other than a Mavek subscription plan.
• Enterprise referrals must be registered with us by email before the prospect's first sales call. Enterprise commission is confirmed case by case and is not payable on a deal our team had already sourced or was already in conversation with.
• There is no cap on the number of net sales you can earn commission on.

6. Payment schedule

• Commission is earned, held and paid in US dollars.
• Net sales in a calendar month lock at the end of that month. A 30-day clearance window then runs, covering refunds and chargebacks. Payment is made within seven business days of that window closing.
• If you are approved mid-month, your first cycle runs from your approval date to the end of that calendar month and follows the same schedule.
• A minimum balance of $50 is required to trigger a payout. Balances below that roll into the next cycle.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details, and for any transfer, conversion or intermediary bank fees.
• We may withhold payment where payment or tax details are incomplete or where a transaction is under review.

7. Taxes

• You are solely responsible for all taxes on commission you receive, including income tax, GST and any equivalent in your jurisdiction.
• You must supply the tax and payment details we reasonably request before your first payout.
• We will withhold tax at source (including TDS under Indian law) where we are required to do so, and will provide the corresponding certificate.

8. How you may promote Mavek

You are welcome to promote Mavek through:

• Your own website, blog, newsletter, podcast, YouTube channel or social accounts.
• Courses, webinars, workshops and paid communities you run.
• Honest reviews and comparison content.
• Direct recommendations to your clients.
• Communities and forums where promotion is permitted by that community's rules.

Disclosure is mandatory. Wherever your code or link appears, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, in line with FTC, ASCI and any local advertising rules that apply to you.

9. What you may not do

The following will end your participation, usually immediately, and forfeit unpaid commission:

• Paid search on Mavek brand terms. No bidding on "Mavek", "Mavek AI", misspellings, or Mavek plus a modifier on Google, Bing, Meta or any other ad network. No use of mavek.ai as a display URL, and no ads that imply an official partnership.
• Coupon and deal interception. No submitting your code to coupon or deal aggregator sites, and no pages built around "Mavek coupon" or "Mavek discount code" intended to intercept people already searching for us.
• Spam of any kind. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS or WhatsApp blasts, purchased or scraped lists, mass direct messages, or forum, comment, Reddit, Discord or Slack spam. Compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India's DPDP Act and any other applicable law is yours.
• Impersonation. No domains, subdomains, app names, social handles or email addresses containing "Mavek". No lookalike sites, fake support pages or typosquat domains, and no representing yourself as Mavek staff.
• False or unverifiable claims. No invented revenue or ROI figures, no guaranteed results or rankings, no fabricated testimonials, case studies or screenshots. Your claims must match what mavek.ai actually says.
• Technical manipulation. No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, pop-unders, adware, toolbars, browser extensions or automatic redirects.
• Self-dealing. No referring your own accounts or those of your employer or a related entity, and no rebating your commission to the customer as a cash kickback.

10. Use of the Mavek brand

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Mavek name and logo solely to promote Mavek under these terms.
• Marks must be used unmodified. Do not alter the logo's colours, proportions or lockup, or combine it with your own mark in a way that implies ownership or an official partnership.
• This licence ends automatically when your participation ends, and you must remove Mavek branding from your materials within 14 days.

11. Support and confidentiality

• Affiliates do not provide Mavek support. Route product, billing and technical questions to donna@mavek.ai.
• Any non-public information you learn through the program — roadmap, pricing exceptions, internal metrics, customer names — is confidential and must not be shared or published.

12. Data protection

• You must not collect personal data from prospects on Mavek's behalf or represent that you are doing so.
• Any leads or subscriber data you collect are yours, and compliance with consent, notice and data protection law for that data is your responsibility.
• Do not share Mavek customer data with third parties or use it for any purpose beyond the referral itself.

13. Withholding, reversal and clawback

• We may withhold, reverse or claw back commission for refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, duplicate or fraudulent payments, accounts created or manipulated to game the program, or any breach of these terms.
• Clawbacks are offset against your future commission. Where no future balance exists, you agree to repay the amount on written request.
• We may place a payout on hold while a transaction, account or promotional method is under review, and will tell you when we do.

14. Term and termination

• Either party may end participation at any time, with written notice, for any reason or none.
• On ordinary termination, commission already earned on qualified net sales is still paid at the next Payout Cycle. Sales occurring after termination earn nothing, and your code and link are deactivated.
• Where we terminate for fraud, abuse or breach of section 9, unpaid commission is forfeited and already-paid commission on affected sales may be reclaimed.
• Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16 survive termination.

15. Changes to the program

• We may change these terms, the commission rate, the attribution window or the payout schedule. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
• A change to the commission rate applies only to sales made after the notice period ends. Sales already made are paid at the rate in force when they were made.
• Continuing to promote Mavek after a change takes effect means you accept it.
• We may suspend or close the program entirely on 30 days' notice, settling all qualified commission in the normal cycle.

16. No earnings guarantee, liability, governing law and contact

• Nothing on this page is a guarantee, projection or representation of earnings. What you earn depends entirely on the sales you refer.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the program is limited to the commission payable to you, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunity.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Mavek harmless from claims, losses or damages arising from your promotional activity, your claims about Mavek, or your breach of these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
