Data Deletion

Mavek ("we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of data that Mavek stores about you, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other connected platforms.
1. What Data We Store
When you connect Meta or other marketing platforms to Mavek, we may store:
- Account information: your name, email address, and company details.
- Authorization tokens: secure access tokens that allow Mavek to act on your behalf on connected platforms.
- Campaign & performance data: ad accounts, campaigns, creatives, audiences, and reporting metrics pulled from Meta Ads Manager and similar services.
- Usage data: logs of actions you take inside the Mavek platform.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Mavek data at any time using either of the following methods:
Option A: Email Request
Send an email to donna@mavek.ai from the email address associated with your Mavek account. Include the following:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name and the email you signed up with.
- The platforms connected to your Mavek account (for example, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot).
Option B: In App Disconnect
If you only want to revoke Mavek's access to a specific connected platform, you can disconnect it from inside your Mavek dashboard under Settings → Integrations. You can also remove Mavek directly from your Meta account at any time:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find Mavek in the list of connected apps.
- Select Remove.
Revoking access through Meta stops Mavek from pulling any new data from your Meta accounts. To also delete data that Mavek has already stored, submit a deletion request via Option A.
3. What Happens After Your Request
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- We will permanently delete your personal information, connected platform tokens, and associated campaign data within 30 days of verifying your request.
- Some records may be retained in backups or where retention is legally required (for example, billing and tax records). These will be deleted on our standard backup rotation.
- Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
