Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mavek, we believe in transparency and fairness. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our subscription-based marketing execution platform.

1. Subscription Model

Mavek operates on a monthly subscription basis with the following plans:

  • Starter: $499/month. 1M Mavek credits, 2-5 channels. For solopreneurs and small brands.
  • Growth: $1,299/month. 3M Mavek credits, advanced analytics & attribution. For midsize brands & agencies.
  • Enterprise: Starts at $2,000/month. 10M Mavek credits, multi-brand management, white-label. For large brands & agencies. Custom pricing tailored to your organization's needs.

All plans are billed monthly unless a custom billing arrangement has been agreed upon for Enterprise clients.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no lock-in contracts, no penalties, and no cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the platform until the cycle ends.

3. Post-Cancellation Data Access

  • After cancellation, your data and campaign history remain accessible for 30 days.
  • During this 30-day window, you can export your data, review campaign performance, and retrieve any materials created through the platform.
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required by law.

4. Refunds

Standard Subscriptions (Starter & Growth)

  • Since Mavek is a digital service that begins immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period.
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not used the platform during that period, you may request a full refund. Usage includes any platform activity such as campaign creation, AI-powered content generation, data processing, or integration usage, even if no campaigns were published.
  • Refund requests after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Enterprise Plans

  • Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise clients are governed by the individual service agreement.
  • Contact your dedicated account manager or reach out to donna@mavek.ai for details.

5. Downgrading

  • You may downgrade from Growth to Starter at any time.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Features exclusive to the higher plan will become unavailable upon downgrade. Campaign data is retained.

6. Plan Changes & Price Adjustments

  • Upgrades are effective immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of the current cycle.
  • If we change pricing, existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before the new pricing applies to their account.

7. Service Interruptions

In the event of extended unplanned downtime (exceeding 48 consecutive hours) that materially impacts your ability to use the Service, you may be eligible for a prorated credit on your next billing cycle. Contact us to report an issue and request a credit.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with the following details:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • The billing period in question.

Send your request to donna@mavek.ai. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
