The HubSpot Alternative That Does the Work
HubSpot gives you a powerful CRM and marketing toolkit. But you still need a team to operate it. Mavek handles both the toolkit and the execution.
You are comparing two different things
HubSpot sells a platform your team operates. Mavek sells the operating. That distinction decides which one you want, and it is worth being honest that plenty of companies want the first.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a mature toolbox: email builder, landing pages, forms, workflows, reporting, all sitting on top of a CRM that is genuinely good at being a CRM. Everything in it is designed to be configured and driven by someone. That is the model, and it works when you have that someone. Professional runs $800 a month billed annually, three seats and 2,000 contacts included, plus a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee that is mandatory and not shown until checkout.
Mavek is not a toolbox. There is no workflow canvas to configure, because the platform decides what to do and brings it to you for approval. It plans the campaign, writes the copy, builds and launches on Google and Meta, publishes the content, and reports on what happened. The unit of work is a finished thing, not a tool that could produce one.
So the comparison is not really feature against feature. It is whether the constraint in your marketing is capability or capacity. If you have people and they need better tools, HubSpot. If you have tools and nobody with time to drive them, this page is for you.

Why teams switch to Mavek
Execution, not just tooling
HubSpot gives you the controls. Mavek flies the plane. Stop spending hours inside a platform and let autonomous agents handle the work.
Live in days, not months
HubSpot implementations routinely take 3-6 months. Mavek connects via OAuth, learns your brand, and starts executing within days.
No platform tax
HubSpot's Marketing Hub starts at $800/month before you factor in the team needed to run it. Mavek includes the execution for $499 flat.
When HubSpot is the better buy
Four cases where we would tell you to stay.
You need a CRM as the system of record
HubSpot is a CRM first. If your sales team lives in the deal pipeline and every contact record has to be in one authoritative place, that is the job HubSpot does and Mavek does not.
You need sales, service and marketing joined up
Tickets, quotes, call logging, and lifecycle stages that span three departments. That breadth is the reason HubSpot costs what it costs, and it is real value if you use it.
You have genuinely complex workflows
Multi-branch automation with dozens of conditions, custom objects, and rules built around how your business specifically operates. HubSpot's workflow builder is mature and Mavek is not trying to replicate it.
Your team is already certified on it
HubSpot's certification ecosystem is large, and if your people already know the platform, the switching cost is a real number rather than an abstraction.
What moving actually involves
Be careful here, because a full switch is rarely the right move. HubSpot holds your contact database and deal history, and Mavek is not a CRM. If HubSpot is your system of record, the sensible change is to stop paying for Marketing Hub's execution tooling, not to leave the CRM.
What that looks like in practice: Mavek connects to Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, and WordPress over OAuth and takes over acquisition. HubSpot keeps the contacts. The honest gap is that the two do not talk to each other yet, since the HubSpot integration is on our roadmap and not built. Until it ships, moving leads between them is manual, and that is a real cost you should price in rather than discover later.
HubSpot alternatives, answered
Is Mavek a good HubSpot alternative?
For the marketing execution half, yes. For the CRM half, no. HubSpot's Marketing Hub is a set of tools your team operates; Mavek is a platform that does the work and asks for approval. But HubSpot is also a CRM, and Mavek does not replace a contact database, deal pipeline, or service desk. If you bought HubSpot mainly for Marketing Hub and find your team spending its time operating the platform, the swap makes sense. If you bought it to run sales, it does not.
What does HubSpot actually cost?
Marketing Hub Professional is $800 a month billed annually, or $890 month to month, which includes three seats and 2,000 marketing contacts. Additional contacts are $250 a month per 5,000. There is also a mandatory one-time onboarding fee of $3,000 for Professional, which is not shown until checkout. None of that includes the salary of whoever operates it, which is usually the largest line in the real total.
Does Mavek integrate with HubSpot?
Not yet, and we would rather say so plainly here than have you discover it after signing up. A HubSpot integration is on the roadmap and nothing is connected today. Mavek's live integrations are Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Search Console, WordPress, and WhatsApp Business. If a HubSpot sync is a requirement for you right now, wait for it.
How long does each take to get running?
HubSpot Professional implementations commonly run into months, which is why the onboarding fee exists. Mavek connects over OAuth and starts producing work within days. The honest caveat is that speed of setup is not the same as speed of results: nothing makes a young domain rank quickly, and any platform promising otherwise is selling you something.
Can I run both?
Today they would run in parallel rather than connected, since the integration is not live. Some teams do exactly that: HubSpot as the CRM and system of record, Mavek running acquisition. It is workable, but be clear-eyed that you are paying for two platforms while waiting on a sync that does not exist yet.
Stop configuring. Start executing.
Skip months of setup. A platform that works from day one.
